We're proud to announce our Director of Sustainability and Culinary Standards, Rachael Lekic, as a board member for Circular Indiana - a local organization working to educate Hoosiers about all aspects of the circular economy!⁠

Patachou Inc. participates in waste reduction programs throughout all of our concepts by limiting our organic waste, composting food waste, paper and compostable plastics, and intentionally utilizing food byproducts into our recipes.
